Property Management Software

Hello all,

I am sure all of you have experienced a significant amount of growth these last couple years with your real estate endeavors. I was wondering what the best property management software is to use to manage your portfolio? My trouble is, I am starting to manage properties for others as well and would love to have a good software with built in accounting, as well as, have the ability to send out payments to the owners.

I own 4 units myself and manage 3 property's for others. I currently us Rent-Redi but I feel like I am growing out of this software. 

Does anyone use buildium? Let me know
