Fee Builder For Spec Development

Hey guys and gals. I am developing my first project in Green Lake which is in Seattle, Washington. I'll be tearing down an old house and building 4 town home units which should be for sale by next spring. My plans are currently in with the city for review and expect to have demo and construction permits by April of this year. I need to find a spec contractor who builds homes and townhomes in the Seattle area. Do you have a suggestion for who a good fee builder would be for all you local bigger pocket professionals?
