Quote from @Carlos Zamora:

Best wholesaler CRM tools can cover a lot of different areas of the business, there are a lot of good recommendations and insights on this thread. I typically like to understand what marketing strategies you're looking to utilize, and work my tech stack from there.

We were one of the first companies to provide a turnkey Podio based CRM for investors . From working with a lot of companies across the country- feedback was that Podio was a steep learning curve and not very user friendly and intuitive to learn although very customizable.

We took the feedback from our customers and since then built our own platform off of Podio, that is super intuitive, simple, and to @Vaughn Smith's point, gives you and your team the best chance at using regularly and getting adapted to. It's action based, meaning, there is one primary action assigned per lead and you have to complete that action before moving on to your next lead.

Hi Carlos, could I hire the developer who built out your Podio CRM?

Thx
