Of course there are nuances and you have to have appropriate lot sizes, but worth looking into.

Are there any resources you'd suggest looking into to understand loan assumption, especially VA loan assumption?

Aside from building trust and relationships, knowing what your investors are looking for and generating leads....I think the most important thing is getting your number right.
