Multi Family House Hacking

Hello everyone,

My name is Darrius Lloyd, and I'm a 23-year-old aspiring real estate investor based in Northern Virginia. As I approach the end of my current lease, I'm eager to embark on a journey of house hacking with multifamily properties. I'm actively seeking mentorship from someone with experience in similar markets who can shed more light on this process. I am reading a bunch of real estate investing books , talking to realtors & loan officers, and trying to educate myself best I can.

I'm also looking to expand my network within the real estate investing community, and I believe this is a great opportunity to connect. If you're open to sharing your knowledge or having a conversation, I would greatly appreciate your support.

Please feel free to reach out—I look forward to connecting with you!

Thanks!

Darrius

To start your house hacking journey, research neighborhoods with potential for multifamily properties and balance affordability with tenant quality. Build your network by joining local real estate investor meetups or online communities like BiggerPockets. Explore FHA loans and mentorship opportunities from experienced investors. Reach out to real estate investors through LinkedIn, Instagram, or networking events for further advice and resources.

    Good luck!
