Although behavioral patterns can be used to simulate or predict when anyone is in foreclosure or is likely to BE in foreclosure, as I said before, foreclosures and absentee owners and etc. etc. doesn't induce motivation.

Basically its a program that gives you fake money, and simulates buying/selling stocks using Real Time Market price. 

It has a simulator to show you different actions you can take to build your credit faster.

The final was a computer simulation that put him in the 'real world' as a broke recent HS grad.  

Other than it makes logical sense I actually ran a mathematical simulations and plotted the graphs where it mathematically shows at wht point, you brake even with the other poorly performing methods.Everything is intentbased.

Btw whoever simulated these changes in Fed office, is extremely genius.

It's also good because it will give you a chance to simulate what it will be like to rent it once you move out.To be fair though, we are not in Brooklyn, NY.
