While not at work I can be found running in the Oakland hills or actively racing in various trail runs around the bay area.

My short term goal is to own 7 cash flowing properties in the next 2 years and long term would like to become financially free and escape the rat race.  

BTW: hubby is a race car mechanic - I always have a mechanic shop "next door"  :)

If you are using the LLC simply to flip one deal, it should just contain the real estate and not any of its contents or anything else that would be considered personal property, such as the industrial lawn mower that the prior owner left in the garage.

Living a frugal lifestyle is/can be just as rewarding as spending beyond your means.Remember investing is a long term plan not a race.
