@John Thedford While we generally disagree w/ the concept of wholesaling as a whole (no pun intended), I do agree that the shifty nature of some of the deals discussed is an issue for me.I don't have an issue w/ wholesaling and I don't think most people would - if you were up front about it.

But you definitely have to do your homework.If the park communities are not in the path of progress but instead in a blighted or run down area where there's not much sign of future upward mobility (pun intended) then you need to be very careful if not simply stay away from them.
