Howdy,
My fiancé and I are interested in getting involved with multi family rental investing. Wondering if anyone in the Phoenix, Arizona area could suggest a good area to look? Trying not to get shot, or worse, loose money on a bad investment area!
Thanks!

Hahah - so, what's worse...getting shot, or losing money?!
Wasn't entirely clear from you post :)
