unique aspect is each room will have its own "head" (independent AC/Heat system), with 2 outside compressor units. 

The tech on the original service call said it had all leaked out, tried recharging it and that's when we discovered the compressor was not working.

Tomorrow he would be able to come back with an air compressor and listen for any whistle or leak in short sections like before.

They've replaced my exterior AC fan, compressor, capacitor, interior unit's coil and fan, the fridge and garbage disposal for my rental over the past 2.5 years.
