I wouldn't allow pets because some people just are not responsible pet owners, and rather than you find out after a move out, best to just now allow it, unless you allow caged animals.

With this many people and animals in the house it may cost me loads of money.Sorry Im venting a little bit - people like this make me lose more faith in society - I've always been the type to do things on a handshake and a mans/womans word means something - I've treated people with respect and gotten it back - it doesnt appear to be a 2 way street with this guy.

I love animals, but I see it a lot where someone starts off with two dogs or cats and a year later, they have 40 because they can't find anyone to take the babies or afford to fix them all, so they start inbreeding and then it just gets out of control.
