Please help, I am itching to get a deal under my belt but want it to be a good one.

The problem was that the director wasn't around when this occurred and she never gave the okay...so she came up itching up a storm and threatened to call the cops if they didn't leave.

I've jumped around a few guru sites and read a few books, but I'm really feeling the itch to simply get going on a deal.

Now that we are under contract with our fourth, I'm itching to get closed and into the property to start work on it.

Thanks, Jon, I think the more contemporary terminology is "post frame" construction, since you mentioned googling around a bit.I'm kind of itching to try it, would be something new with potential for volume.Will update this topic for those who might be interested.

Ya she has not ONE but TWO dogs.. she is just ridiculous.. when she moved in within 2 weeks she claimed her pets were itching and there was fleas in the house and I spend money on pest control though the house was clean when she moved in.

I'm pretty handy and did most of the work myself (hired an engineer, HVAC, and electrician).I have always wanted to renovate, and now that I'm finished, I'm getting the itch again!

Obviously, I've only scratched the surface of information in that time, but I'm itching to get started.

But listening to all the podcast and reading a few success stories has me itching to begin!
