Hey Biggerpockets!

I'm sorry it took me a couple months to introduce myself, I recently got married. I currently work for myself as a bookseller on Amazon, and part time at my church. I'm looking to get into real estate to provide for my future family and have something to pass as a legacy.

In this area it seems the best option to accumulate some cash is wholesaling lease options. I've jumped around a few guru sites and read a few books, but I'm really feeling the itch to simply get going on a deal. The end goal is to own around 100 cash flow properties in my area, and be involved in larger deals around the country.

I'm excited about being a part of this community!

Costa
