sub too is a very simple concept and there are just a few items that need to be done to be safe this is not voodoo :) Hi Jay, not really using AI to write anything besides implementing it in our business to create simplified workflows, and some email communications and interactions for inquiries to our services.

For me, I was so used to working in a Podio workspace that I ended up back to one and customized it exactly the way i wanted for workflows, automation, deal tracking, followups, etc. 

There are three main workflows I find promising so far, sketch to image, model to image and image to image which I will describe below: Sketch to Image - By using a local installation of Stable Diffusion, you can create image generation workflows and adapt them for your uses.

Do any of you have a standardized process, workflow, or checklist that you use to run these deals?

.) - Integration with lead capturing platforms including websites and social media- Workflow/transaction management systems that serve as a checklist to help you remember and organize the 5,000 different things you are working on for your various clients - Monthly pricing in the range of $10-$60/month Platforms such as Top Producer seem to be industry staples but there are several new(er) systems like Zoho that seem to offer interesting features as well. 

I like it because it does appear to be a one stop shop for what I use it for, but its gonna take some time to adjust to the workflow. 

I am curious to know how note investors (and private $ lenders, fund amangers, etc.) are using AI in their workflow.

This helps with claims about dirty water etc.Either way you go, the takeaway is being able to consistently maintain a certain level of service and being prepared to integrate this into your team's schedule/management work flows.
