Broken window glass on sidewalk last time I went while loading up my strollers also reminds me of Brooklyn.  

The neighborhood eyesore becomes a place that serves $7.50 pints to 20 and 30 somethings with above average household incomes, dogs, strollers, and skinny jeans.After that, it's just a matter of talking to people.

So be mindful of what you should be looking for that could keep your property from falling into a hazardous situation.Stairwells aren't to store bikes, or Strollers,  and need to be properly lighted so the exits can't be blocked. 

Various levels of runners, walkers, half marathoners, full marathoners, strollers, under 18, over 18, etc..4.  

Some Strollers start to pop up.- As the developers continue building, a need for more amenities such as chartered or specialized schools materialize to support the wealthier of the gentrifying crowd.- Eventually, the Artists/Musicians/Yuppies in the neighborhood falls into the same situation as the long term residents, those who wish that the rents and prices didn't skyrocket so much.

A friend just bought a walker that was billed at 126 bucks, I wouldn't have paid 26 bucks for that cheaply made piece of junk, I've seen better wheels on baby strollers and luggage!

There were lots of moms with strollers waiting for the library to open.  

Hoboken is nice because it is by the water and lots of cute boutiques, bars and restaurants and moms with strollers and dogs everywhere.  

Oh yeah I went to all these closings with my double BOB stroller and two young kiddos.
