My wife and I are moving to New Jersey area that is closer to NYC. She is starting her anesthesia school and I will be working in New York City. We discussed our options and decided it would be better for us to buy a place rather than renting. Our goal is to later own move out of this place in about 3 or so years and keep it as an investment property! Can you guys suggest areas near Hoboken/ Jersey City that you would recommend? Also if you guys have any past experiences would love to hear it! Thank you guys in advance!

Hi @,

Welcome to BP!

I currently own and maintain investments in the North Jersey Market. Neighboring NYC. Top Best Suggestions.

Find out what you qualify for first.

Identify Properties along the rail via South or North going direct into the City

Confirm rents, appreciation, taxes and schools based on the first suggestion.

You then can work very diligently with a real estate professional in identifying your asset.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,
