I always thought llc being sole member of another LLC (and chaining them together) was supposed to make it difficult for someone to figure out who actually owns what.

We send a card telling them we apologize for the inconvenience and recognize that the situation has been a nuisance- we typically include a gift card for a local restaurant- $50.

Heck even culinarily the restaurants that are popping up are impressive (which I take as a great sign of the people and businesses that it's attracting).

Walkable to locally owned restaurants and the street had mostly owner occupied homes that are owned by long time owners.

(Traffic, long waits at restaurants, Did i say Traffic, Not a diverse town for activities)-There seem to be a lot of vacancies for lease and lots of people also looking to lease.
