The strange thing was, every time I left Los Angeles and traveled a little distance a water heater in one or another building would go on the blink on a weekend and every tenant would scream about not having hot water and it is difficult to find a contractor who can repair most of these new water heaters with all sorts of new electronic circuit boards and gadgets on them.

Like without fancy gadgets or sites like propstream( not even sure they use those).

I’m trying to go from a tenant expense book to this professional software gadgets thingy.

When I had units in south central LA  or East LA and those low income tenants drove better cars than me, had the best gadgets and what not it seems their priorities are out of whack.

If someone were to break in to my home, steal ALL my stuff; my cars, trucks, art collections, flat screen TVs, laptops, computers, gadgets and devices of all shapes and sizes - they would probably NOT TOUCH the scores of books, audio programs, and training packages and programs we have purchased over the years to make all of this possible.So here is where we are as property owners/property managers.Yes, we have residents calling us now offering to pay what they can.

You are training a gold fish to climb a tree and when you see it is hard to do, you will equip it with gadgets to try to make it work.Instead go invest in a monkey!
