Have you had a chance to check out any local meetups or REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) events?

I found what seemed to be a great property with a house for an STR and other space that I could expand for camping/RV sites and a barn that could be converted into a venue for events.

If you are in Miami or surrounding area, there are likely tons of networking events.  

If you can’t attend a particular event, call the club leader and ask for recommendations to some private lenders.

In addition to those I would also suggest making a commitment to going to local meet ups and networking events in your area.
