I'm currently looking for private money for a deal or 2. I'm in the Salem, Oregon area. I've gone to a meet up out here but I guess I missed my chance looking for a private money lender because a hard money lender was interested in my deal. 

If there are any meet ups near Salem, Or and people are looking to move their savings around, please let me know!
