I paint runways on an airport and provide Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) at an airport now. 

Is it related to keeping your experience credits current, or related to the aircraft itself?

I see deals cross my desk where Alameda and Contra Costa county REI are buying up in Solano. 

For one thing, Reagan National Airport (DCA) is very small, limited in the size of aircraft it accommodates, and already really busy.
