I'm 2 miles from 2 hospitals (one is Swedish and I've heard that they get a fair amount of travelers) and within walking distance to Denver University.

But as long as you keep your fire fighter job at least you will have health insurance through that which will save you a lot compared to a full time agent.

It won't take much money to purchase something that makes sense.Use the remaining money to invest long-distance.

The sale of our home will provide us with approximately $150,000 to allocate toward investments.At this stage, we feel most comfortable focusing on long-term rentals.
