Sometimes no running water, heat, pest infected etc.As for investing in high crime areas it is true you can buy a cheaper home here but make no mistake that keeping a paying tenant is generally the issue.

I am presently testing this recipe promoted on YouTube and other home repair site:-Mix equal parts sugar and boric acid powder-Place in jars or small containers near infected areasI placed my test mixture into a small petri dish and so far, haven't seen them drawn to it like some have claimed.

(Just when I thought that it couldn't get any worse) - in the time between calling the other exterminator company and having the actual treatment done the tenant who was getting bit got an infection in their foot from scratching the bites.

At best they prevent an infected person from spewing the virus out when they cough/sneeze etc..... but the virus can penetrate the mask the other way pretty easy....

@Brian Nel I wish there was a crystal ball, though I think real estate agents will always say it’s a good time to buy/sell irrespective of the macro/micro situation.As per some articles that I read, impact could be like 2009-10 for Houston if the trend on virus infection and oil price continues in the same direction.
