Any advice would be vastly appreciated, and once I am finally in Vegas, I hope to continue to build connections and collaborate with whoever I can.

Some of the properties are also in a land trust, with the beneficiary as the local LLC.My living trust is 99% member of the WY holding LLC, 1% is a my management C-Corp.My personal residence is in the living trust, and not in an LLC as in Florida I have unlimited homestead protection(to be more exact, it is a enhanced life estate deed or Lady Bird deed, where the property will transfer to the living trust upon death).All my brokerage accounts and other non dangerous assets are under the WY LLC.

I'm assuming the lift station was there when you purchased the property, and it wasn't built after, because if it was don't expect it to be covered by the title insurance unless you have an enhanced coverage policy.If it was there and you have a survey, why didn't you see the station and ask about why it wasn't shown? 

The program was effective at concealing the source of funds and it was implemented to attract mortgage brokers looking to enhance their business.  

FreedomSoft has been around a long time since 2010 or 2011 and the owner Rob Swanson who took it over years ago continues to tweak and enhance its features.

It's a great program, we use Propstream everyday and they just rolled out a really nice update the other day which enhanced the program even more.Even though they have many overlapping features I'm looking to use both simultaneously.
