Building Connections and Relationships with Creative Finance Investors

I will be moving to Las Vegas soon to attend UNLV, where I will be pursuing a BSBA in Finance w/ a minor in Real Estate. One of my second largest goals, preceding my educational aspirations, is to eventually obtain financial independence through a multitude of business ventures. However, even at my younger age, real estate has been my largest business centric focus for achieving financial independence. I do understand that this is a long journey, but a journey worth taking, so as I am moving down to the area soon, I just wanted to get familiar with some of the investors and community members in the Las Vegas area. Since I will be a college student my main focus of purchasing properties will most likely be creative financing, as I will not have much extra money after housing, tuition, and all of the other excess costs for a college student. Nonetheless, what I lack in wealth, I can make up in learning, education, and experiences; this is why I am reaching out to the creative finance investors in the Vegas area. Any advice would be vastly appreciated, and once I am finally in Vegas, I hope to continue to build connections and collaborate with whoever I can. I hope you all are having a wonderful day!
