Calm, stable markets are not easy to trade in while markets that are bouncing around and have a degree of uncertainity is a gold mind for a trader.When everyone and his dog with a 600 credit score could get a loan and some could get 100% LTV the landlords lost tenants and the investors were competing with end buyers who really did not understand what it meant to sign up for a mortgage.For people who work hard, pay their bills on time and are willing to wait until they a down payment sub-prime is not necessary.

Of course, the tenant paid their so-called last month (November) with a check, which wasn't allowed, which bounced, and then they kept sliding the final move-out date by a day or two until he finally left on December 10.

Then as the cycle starts to recover the bat stays the same but the object to hit gets smaller and smaller such as a baseball and now a bounce ball.The chances to strike out are greater.I am looking to do deals now in commercial but only if it makes great sense.

Buy your family the house they deserve now.People are making general assumptions that are never guaranteed to happen.Invest in your future today.Don't live in fear like so many people do their entire lives.They're not living,they barely exist.This is LA we're talking about.The population continues to grow quickly and that alone will help home values bounce back quickly if such an event ever occurred.
