Commercial Real Estate in Charlotte, NC After Corona

I am seeing many post regarding residential real estate in general, for the US and NC. I rarely see anything on commercial real estate and on how things may be once we get back to work. When I go to LoopNet, not much has changed. People are still offering their properties with the same terms and estimating the same cap rate. Even for retail properties, they still have the same foot traffic posted. Charlotte had a strong economy and many companies moving to the area. Our housing market was going for another strong year too. Breweries were popping up left and right. Even though it hasn't been that long, could this time away cause a large set back?

What are your thoughts? What could this possibly mean for commercial real estate brokers and investors? How did commercial real estate bounce back during the last recession?
