If your profit expectation is to high and the numbers do not ever seem to work on potential deals, see if your expectations need to be re-aligned to the market performance. 

The whole home needs to be re-insulated and then redesigned for a more attractive exterior look and a better flowing interior which will suit AIR B&B customers well.
