Any deals to be made in Berwyn and oak park area without losing a arm and a foot?

The best surprise in the deal was how great the 3/4" oak floors looked after we refinished them.  

If I have the money and the vanity is going into a nice home, I would go with Maple or Oak for the durability and beautiful wood.  

Real oak, cherry or maple wood floors in wider plank sizes.

We're harvesting natural grown forest/woods of oaks, ash and poplar. 

I suggest you look into DIG http://digonline.org/I know that there are DIG subgroups that meet in West Chester and Oaks, not too far from the areas you mentioned.

I'm a mail man in the Oak Cliff of Dallas Tx and already have been talking to potential leades.

Not sure of your position or all the details, but perhaps you can "threaten to walk" and find a new lender in which he makes NO money, or he must pay for his screw up by reducing some fees.Of course if you bluff, you must be prepared to have it called.

I am only familiar with Garland, Deep Ellum, Oak Cliff, and Addison.

Even Royal Oak, which I'd consider B, not gonna happen.
