Fix nd Flip markets
So trying to nail down target markets to flip in and have a question.
What defines a good (profitable) flipping market. Specifically focusing on the Dallas area which areas would be currently better suited to flipping than others.
Since Dallas is mostly a sellers market, what market cycle better suits flipping.
Grateful for any insights
