Hello BP REI my name is Cesar Escobedo. I am more that eggar to start my journey in the field of RE. I've been listing to the podcast and I can say the fire is burning. All the stories of ordinary joes making 5, 10,000 in a wholesale or flip makes me want to jump in faster. I'm a mail man in the Oak Cliff of Dallas Tx and already have been talking to potential leades. At the moment I only qualify for a fha loan and with that comes the need pass inspection and hold the title for 2 years. And with that I'm stuck, I don't know how to do a wholesale from beginning to end. I also can't find a house at a good enough price for me to try and flip. Well I did but I was beat in the bidding process. Is there any step by step program that can guid me through the process.
