Annette,I'm sorry about your experience with our product, ListSource, as well as our customer service center - which is partly onshore in California and partly offshore in Asia.For the record however, I must state that we offer both prepaid account types (which appears to be the one you signed up for) as well as pay-per-use accounts.

HIs own custom yellow letter door hanger. and my dad was as Folksy as they come I shudder to think of some of the goofy stuff he wrote on those door hangers.. then on Sat and Sunday mornings my mom would drive us to the neighborhoods that my dad wanted leads in .. and we would get there about 7 in the morning and walk passing them out for 3 to 4 hours.. cost of each door hanger was a penny or so.. they had self addressed and prepaid return postage.. ( so as long as no one attached a brick to it and sent it back it was all bulk rate.

Here is what I do: rip.all their propaganda in half and mail it back to them in their prepaid postage envelope:) Guess prospects can send back your "we buy houses" solicitations as well.

It was pretty difficult to get her to set it up in the first month, and now 3 months into the rental, she was on a trip to NY and got robbed, so needs to set it up with a new account to pay her rent and it's going on a week now, rent is late, and she is blaming Hemlane, meanwhile texting/calling us for tech support and calling Hemlane and saying she paid with debit card before (which is NOT true, we only allow ACH transfer), so Hemlane keeps telling her we have to change the settings to allow her to pay by card.

However, that is only if you have 2 years landlord experience on your federal income tax return, which is a schedule E (rents/royalties).A way around that is to purchase with wife with W2 income or partner with someone who has good debit ratios, or no mortgage payments.
