@Bethany PeysenUnderwriting a multifamily deal is a specialized skill and I think you will have learn and understand the fundamentals of multifamily to do so.Also it takes other factors like understanding T12 statement and property expenses.There are various underwriting tools available, so once you have good understanding of income and expenses you may use any of the underwriting tools.Good Luck!
