Multi Family Investment Evaluation - OK
Looking to purchase multifamily/apartment complex in Oklahoma and was hoping someone had a formula, etc for this evaluation type?
Thank you!

Bethany,
Do you have any experience in this asset class? Anyone on your team have experience? Underwriting MFH is more than just having the "formula" for evaluating. There are many UW tools out there and most of them are for syndication models. Do you plan on syndicating the property or are you looking for a JV opportunity? How many units and price point are you looking at?
I am in Tulsa and actively UW looking for my first deal, would love to chat and see if there is anything I can do to help you out getting started.
