New to real estate investing
Hey guys and girls... I'm a fireman from the Orlando area and I'm new to investing. I'm trying to figure out what the best way to start without a lot of risk or a lot of money

Be Careful with Turnkeys. Make sure you get a 3rd party to comp out the houses you are buying as you are almost always buying at the top or even over the market. It is hard to fully understand a market if you don't live in it, and the turnkey guys can make it look like you are getting a great deal but the problem is, it is almost always impossible to sell the asset without taking a loss for many years.
If you are buying turnkey I would plan on holding the home at least 5-10 years, and hoping the market doesn't go down. Because if it does, you will be stuck with an "asset" you can't sell. There are good turnkey buys, just don't take the word of the turnkey provider, make sure you get other opinions on what your buying.
