If you have time look at the options that are less expensive but more time intensive, I would entertain those options and be persistent in the areas you are concentrating on.

I would just add that while you are educating yourself on how to generate leads that you also concentrate on growing your "cash buyers" network.

I concentrate on more flips with less margins rather than few flips with huge margin.

To find the right location for your assisted living home, target neighborhoods near hospitals, pharmacies, and areas with a high concentration of seniors.
