Wholesale HUD and/or Foreclosure property

Hey all, currently I'm a broke wholesaler with only one year experience. And only one deal completed. My focus has mainly been SFR, however I live in a rural area of Dallas and Tyler Texas, simply put properties in rural areas are few and far between. I have expanded my search into the larger cities, however thus far I've been very unsuccessful and ready to give up on real estate entirely. More and more my focus is leaning towards CRE rather than SFR. While my limited experience in wholesales has helped. Learning about commercial real estate is more of a challenge than learning how to wholesale and/or about SFR real estate in general. The reason for my post is. I would like to see a forum developed here on BP that concentrates mostly on commercial real estate. Maybe I've just missed it, but I don't see a forum on the subject of commercial real estate here on BP. Would it be possible to start one
