Advice for Group Home Looking for Rental Lease in Houston Area

Mikquon Turner
Posted

Greetings,

We are wondering if anyone in the Greater Houston area knows of rental property opportunities for a company that is attempting to begin a residential assisted living home?

We have began to target Listing Agents, in an attempt to find locations, but are wondering if there are specific agencies that specialize in this market that we should be targeting, to lessen the effort? The primary interest is in a 4 Bedroom, 2-3 Bath 1 Ranch Style Home (1 Floor). Any assistance is appreciated and thanks in advance for any responses, welcome all advice!

Best of Luck All

To find the right location for your assisted living home, target neighborhoods near hospitals, pharmacies, and areas with a high concentration of seniors. Work with a commercial real estate agent like Assisted Living Properties of Texas or Marcus & Millichap to locate suitable properties and negotiate leases. Be prepared to compromise on some criteria. Once you've identified potential properties, schedule tours to assess them in person and address any queries.
