@Jonathan Wheeler We used our own labor for portion of the build (Full Disclosure we own a Contracting Company) and then out source the Roofing & HVAC. so we had a pretty good handle on our Cost (Both Soft Cost and Hard Cost).

I would like to outsource lists to VA and there are many of them out there on Google, Fiverr and so on, but I would like to hear real wholesaler's and investor's opinions and recommendations on how to find a good one and where to look for?
