How to hire admin staff?

Hi,

I've done some preliminary digging into hiring an admin to help with my operations. I figured the agents on here would have some experience hiring that type of staff member. My idea is to outsource some outreach and clerical work so I can focus on more important things, and quite frankly, that stuff drains my energy. I've also begun working on plans to help outline the workload/role requirements so a new person working with me can be easily onboarded. I'm sure there are plenty of things I'm not thinking of yet either...

Any suggestions on staffing/outsourcing companies would be appreciated. I have a few calls set up with companies right now but am hoping to hear some testimonials from the BP community.

Thanks in advance!

I've had great experiences with UpWork. You can find someone for pretty cheap outside of the US and you can check out their work and reviews prior to bringing them on. I've found that it's much more cost effective than using an agency that will charge you for placement.
