What to look for in property managers

So, Im new to the investing game, but I do know that I do not want to deal with property management. I'm focusing on Buy and Hold or BRRRR properties and will be hiring property managers for the rental portion. For those that higher property managers, what do you look for/ how do you know if they are good or not?
