Fire damage flip - Things to know

I just recently came across a property that has extensive fire damage. Have not done a walkthrough yet. Did a drive by and the exterior is intact as is the roof. So it seems the fire was contained mainly to the first floor. Wondering what are some things to look for when I go walkthrough the property beyond just extent of cosmetic and structural damage.
