So I guess the million dollar question regarding syndication is how can a new investor finds trustworthy syndicators with a consistant/successful/documented track record and happy investors partners.

I would try to prove my ability and trustworthiness, so you would want to come back to me with out "exclusive" paperwork. 

Here's the key: You need to be 100% sure the turnkey provider is a trustworthy group of individuals.

I met Cory and Victoria nearly 5 years ago at some real estate meetups, and they are literally the most honest and trustworthy people in the industry. 

Hypothetically, If I were to put down the money and use someone else (trustworthy) for their credit in respect to buy and hold or rehab, how do you guys structure this type of partnership?

Finding a truly trustworthy and reliable turnkey provider who also has inventory that will cash flow nicely and are in good areas, has become quite a lot more challenging in the last year to 18 months in particular.  

Anyone have any trustworthy suggestions, especially for a first time investor?

Raising money is all about creating strong relationships, being trustworthy and building teams. 

He does offer coaching programs and they are expensive enough to ration his resources effectively.So far, Marco has proven to be trustworthy and very motivated to help us succeed.

I can't promise you will find all of those, but if you remain consistent, come off trustworthy and knowledgeable, capital and deals will find you.
