i think Bao is primarily talking about having a central office/headquarters where let's say there are 10 investors with total of 100 houses. that building will have 2 admins, 2 managers, 2-3 crews/tradesmen.the admins will field calls and schedule repairs. the managers will deal with crews, repair issues, showings. more like a property management service/company.it's more like those shared doctor's offices, where the admins can schedule appointments for different doctors and they just pay a portion of the worker's salary.this is a definitely a good idea, i wont lie. however, investors can get jealous that the crew did their house' update worse than another house. how much is one investor's budget compared to the other?
