From the little bit of poking around these markets are showing strong appreciation (bouncing back from the great depression) with slow and steady rent increases.

I know what I NEED to do, but just want to share my journey with other like-minded investors and be able to bounce ideas, questions, problems off of them.

I've been bouncing around Chase's business credit cards and it looks like there's a 2.5% cash back card for large purchases ... like a $58K cottage framing, geo, and concrete bill.

I mean bouncing ideas and helping one another is what is all about right?

If that payment ultimately bounces 4 days later, we will go back and add in all the late fees.  

I would love to meet like minded people to bounce ideas and learn. 

I feel this crisis is going to have a larger impact on the US economy than the AU economy, although we will both be hit hard, and things wont be the same again afterwards, I have a feeling that AU will bounce back a little quicker than US so I'm guessing range between 0.60 - 0.65 will be around par...

I have a RE lawyer to bounce question off of, but if you know any resources I would love to have them to study. 

But.... is it going to continue to go down or bounce off the bottom?
