Hello, newer inventor here. I am a residential 1-4 door out of state investor.  I have one single family and am currently bidding on out of state properties.

Seeing if anyone in the central valley, specifically Fresno, CA area wants to talk real estate.  Email, text, meet ups, anything to help out.  I mean bouncing ideas and helping one another is what is all about right?

Hey Samuel, I live in Northern CA but have been looking at investing in small multifamily in the Fresno area. Do you have a specific state or city you are looking? And if you don't mind me asking, why not invest in your area?
