Susan, please narrow them down, performing, nonperforming or semi performing.

The properties I have retained are for the purpose of supplementing my pension now that I am semi retired.Unlike most that leave their equity sitting dead in a property reducing their return in investment to nearly nothing my properties are as close to 100% financed as I can get them.

@Melissa Searing@Russ ScheiderMelissa  you should connect with Russ and his wife.. they are very active and successful in your market.Also the area between charelston and N Charleston which I don't know the name of but there is a swath there of very inexpensive houses in what would be considered semi D neighborhood.. this area though now is probably a little rough but its got to turn over to much pressure. 

Recently, I undertook an ambitious project to renovate two adjacent 8-bedroom semi-oceanfront properties.

Now that I’ve gone through the school of hard knocks I may do it again with the right vetted builder (and on a semi flat lot)!  

I probably would but I also don't use FB as much as I was back then so just overall I don't do that much social media stuff directly.I do have them all and I do share and update most stuff at least semi regularly.
