This way you get a good culture in your complex.

I have a long list of athletes and celebrities as my client base so I have my business tailored to support their schedules and availability. 

Give them case study examples of people who are financially successful and tell them how those individuals got there, it could be someone they all might know from the community, or famous celebrity, or political figure.  

Also, CFRI Osceola Chapter meets up at Stetson in Celebration once a month.

i hope I'm not sounding pessimistic here.I thing the development should encourage culturally diverse homeownership by people who can contribute to the tax base.
