Orlando - Kissimmee area Local land lords/investors & management

I was thinking about setting up once a month meeting with local investors or land lords and learn from their experience. I am new in real estate and it has been very rewarding for me so far. Any one up for a cup of coffee or a meeting at a local cafe to share their experience in the local Orlando/Kissimmee area?
