Hey guys,

I am an agent and a STR investor and I am just curious what people thing the next big STR market will be, I own in blue ridge and am looking in all the normal places (shout out short term shop) but just curious if there is anywhere I am not considering. Branson? Steamboat springs?

Any and all input would be awesome, thanks

Can't get Gatlinburg returns in a cheaper market. You get what you pay for. If you want cheaper prices then you have to look at smaller markets...with smaller returns.

My favorite smaller market is Blue Ridge, GA. Next in line after that would be to look towards Boone, NC area. I personally have not spent a lot of time researching the Boone area but it has a lot of the things I would look for in a potential area that is less competitive than Gburg.
